Dramizan offers our Classic Cleaning checklist for weekly, bi-weekly and monthly clients. Our teams try their best to cover all these areas; however, some homes require more attention in some areas and less in others. If this is the case with your home, please communicate your priorities so they may focus their time correctly.
First time cleanings may require more time to clean. Please speak with your service provider or estimating representative to authorize additional time.
Our cleaning techs do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will be dusted with an extension duster. If heavy furniture requires being moved for areas to be cleaned, please see that it is moved prior to our arrival as our crews do not move furniture, mattresses, boxes, or heavy objects. We cannot guarantee the results of any touchable surface areas, blinds/shutters, baseboards, tubs, showers, floors, cabinets, or walls. Excessive build-up may require a professional blind cleaning company and/or rehabilitation company. Please allow for some dust settlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air, but cannot prevent this entirely. External windows are not included. Internal windows take additional time and need to be scheduled ahead of time and/or a different appointment. Additional services including refrigerator and oven cleaning will need to be added on prior to the team’s arrival as most teams clean multiple per day and have set appointment times.
